Clean Eating Recipes

At the beginning of the year, our family read The Daniel Plan and changed the way we view food. If you haven't had a chance to get your hands on this book, I recommend doing it soon! It is broken down into five sections, and the food section has a detox that is dairy free, gluten free, sugar free and artificial ingredient free. Eating allergy-free and "clean" for a month had so many positive benefits for our family that we are now working on adopting this lifestyle for good! Since January, we have had our share of dairy, gluten and sugar, but it really just makes us feel junky and we don't even really crave these foods anymore - except sugar. Fun Fall Recipes!

So, it is safe to say that I am officially nesting. I am absolutely exhausted and achy, yet I just can't stop cooking and decorating and cleaning, etc. I guess my body knows that little Miss Etta Jayne will be making her big debut soon! So much to do, so little time... and SO LITTLE ENERGY!

One Dish Chicken Goodness.

Hello friends! Being that I am a mom, and I am running around after a delectable almost 2-year old all day, I try my hardest to find dinner recipes that are EASY yet HEALTHY. 

I wanted to share what I cooked for dinner tonight. We shall call it "One Dish Chicken Goodness".  This is perfect for nights that you don't have a lot of time for prep and you want something easy and healthy. Just give yourself enough time to bake this in the oven for about an hour.
